Community Suicide Prevention Training – Collie
Talking about suicide can feel difficult — but learning how to have these conversations can save lives.
Community members in Collie are invited to attend a Half-day Community Suicide Prevention Training delivered by Wesley LifeForce. This free workshop will build practical skills and confidence to recognise when someone may be struggling and how to respond safely and supportively.
Participants will learn how to:
• Recognise signs someone may be at risk of suicide
• Communicate in a supportive and appropriate way
• Ask directly about suicide when someone may be struggling
• Connect people with help and support
This training is suitable for community members, volunteers, workers, and anyone who wants to better support people in their community.
